We list 'goods' in 2 categories below;
1. 'Restricted Items' = These are items which are unsuitable be sent, usually due to their fragile nature.
2. 'Prohibited Items' = These are items which are completely prohibited from being sent via our services.
The following items are deemed unsuitable for shipment by our services, as they are of a fragile nature and are therefore restricted for loss and damage warranty purposes. Any of these items being sent may also result in surcharges, delays or confiscation by freight companies and authorities where appropriate.
IMPORTANT: Unless 'Enhanced Cover' has been both selected and also paid for during the checkout proces, and the item is listed below as permitted by 'Enhanced Cover', then there is no loss or damage warranty cover (nor transit guarantees) whatsoever on any of the following items under 'Standard Cover' or 'Enhanced Cover'.
It is your responsibility to make sure you fully understand and agree to the terms of freight and insurance when processing your order, and that any shipment of the following items is solely at your own risk and you fully accept any loss or damage as a result.
