Residential Collection or Delivery Fee?
ome couriers apply a charge for ‘residential’ addresses - this means an address which the courier company deems is not a business address for collection and/or delivery. i.e. a home based business is still residential, not a commercial address.
If this charge is applied by the courier copany and the address type has not correctly declared on the checkout process, then there would be an additional charge invoiced after collection /delivery.
